• Aegyo Cookie Orders BEFORE 11:00am will be ready for pick up(or book your own delivery) on the same day of purchase from  2:00pm-5:00pm.
• Aegyo Cookie Orders AFTER 11:00am will be ready for pick up(or book your own delivery) on the next day from  2:00pm-5:00pm.
• If you purchased PRE-ORDER (ADVANCED BOOKING), send us a message via IG (@aegyocakes) or a text (0917-543694) along with these details:
  • Name
    
  • Order Number
    
  • Quantity of Order

Pick-Up Time

• Pick-up of cookies before 2:00pm is NOT ALLOWED.
• Pick-up details are in your order confirmation email.
  
• NO DELIVERIES. pick up or book your own courier only.

No Storage Fee for Aegyo Cookies

• We will bake your cookies on the date of pick up. To ensure freshness, we highly suggest that you pick up the cookies as scheduled. We will not bake fresh cookies if you decide to pick up your order on a later date.
• We will not be charging storage fees for Aegyo Cookies only.

Please be reminded that we have a NO CANCELLATION, NO REFUND POLICY. Once payment is made, we can no longer refund your payment.
