SHIPPING / DELIVERY

  1. Shipping / arranging for pick up is shouldered by the client. Aegyo Cakes will not be liable for the goods during shipping / transport. 
  2. Pick-up time of Lunchbox cakes and 6 inch Aegyo Cakes are ONLY from 2:00pm-5:00pm on the day of the reservation. Pick-up of cake before 2:00pm is NOT ALLOWED. If you have time constraints, we recommend that you book and pick up the cake on an earlier date.

  3. SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE CLIENT PICK UP AND BOOK YOUR OWN COURIER ONLY!

      ‼️ We recommend booking four-wheeled vehicles / cars even for lunchbox cakes as motorcycle rides tend to be bumpy and also might damage the cake. In case you still would want to book motorcycle couriers, please make sure they have an insulated box for added security.

IMPORTANT PICK UP PROTOCOL:

  • Please note that you or your courier will be required to sign a releasing form to attest that the cakes have been picked up in a good condition. 
  • We also ask the riders to take a photo of your cake and send it to you via the app's chat function.
  • Please advise your rider of this important protocol upon booking.

    STORAGE:

    1. Cakes must be picked up on the day of its booking.
    2. Failure to pick up or receive the cake on the scheduled date will incur a storage fee of P100 per day, for a maximum of seven (7) days.
    3. Stored cakes will only be release upon payment of storage fee.
    4. If for any reason you fail to collect your cake order after 7 days, Aegyo Cakes will reserve the right to take action or disposal of your cake.
