~~IMPORTANT SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS~~
1. Please fill out this Google form to choose your shipping option for your cake and bouquet.
In the form, you will have to select your Delivery Option:
- Bike delivery (via WeMove pre-arranged by Aegyo Cakes)
- Client Pick up
- Book your own delivery
on May 8 and May 9 only.
Read through all the instructions carefully. You have 24 hours from the receipt of this email to submit your form. ^_^ Non submission of the form means you agree to arrange for your own pick up.
2. ONE FORM = 1 CAKE.
- IMPORTANT: Please accomplish one form for each cake.
- For example: If you have 2 cakes, you need to accomplish the form two (2) times.

3. Pick-Up or Booking Details:
- Pick-up of cake and bouquet outside of the slot you purchased is NOT ALLOWED. Please refer to your confirmation email to double check your confirmed date and time slot.
- Please have the following ready when you pick up your cake and bouquet:
- NAME
- ORDER NUMBER
- Quantity of order (ex: 2 Mother's Day Special, 1 Pink, 1 Periwinkle)
- If you’re booking Lalamove MPV/Grab Car, or any other third party courier, please give ~the same info~ to your driver/rider, so that they can tell us whose order, and how many they’re picking up. You can put this in the notes as you book.
