Annyeong! Thank you for your purchase of our ~Chinese New Year Aegyo Cake!~

Here are some important information for your cake's pick up/delivery!

A. IF YOUR CAKE IS FOR PICK UP / BOOK YOUR OWN COURIER:

1. Your pick up schedule is based on the slot you purchased / reserved in our website:

10:00AM - 1:00PM
1:00 PM - 4:00PM
4:00 PM - 5:00PM

‼️Aegyo Tip: There might be a ~line~ upon pick up, but rest assured that cakes are ready for dispatch at the time of your pick up.

2. Please make sure that you book a ~CAR~ to make sure that the cake gets to you safely! Motorbike rides might be long and bumpy, and there's a high risk that it would damage your cake. However, if you still wish to book a motorbike, please make sure it has an insulated box for added security.

3. Please prepare the following details upon pick up (send these info to your driver too):

⁃ NAME
⁃ ORDER NUMBER
⁃ Quantity / Items
- Additional / other orders, if any (e.g. with House of 6 Aegyo Cookies, with 6" Signature Cake)
- Special instructions, if any (especially if you're booking different riders for multiple cake orders)

‼️TEXTS ONLY! Calls might not be answered due to network issues; just approach the gate and our staff will assist you/your rider.

‼️IMPORTANT! Our kitchen closes at exactly 5:00PM so make sure you book early or pick up your cake before then!~ Pick up beyond 5PM will no longer be allowed.

*If cake is not picked up during the day of reservation, you may pick it up the next day; however we will have a storage fee of Php 100 per day, per cake. Pick up time on regular days is 2PM to 5PM only.

B. IF YOUR CAKE IS FOR DELIVERY c/o ALPHA LOGISTICS

Pick up time by Alpha Logistics will start at 1PM.
There is no committed time of delivery. Please make sure that there is someone in the delivery location to receive the cake.
Delivery time might vary according to traffic and schedule/route, but the driver will surely call and update you when they are on their way and give you their ETA~!
Please make sure the number you gave could be reached easily.
