Design Your Own (Custom) Aegyo Cake Design 

• Make sure that you choose your pick-up date before adding to cart and checking out! In case the drop down menu does not appear, please message us on IG or FB to request assistance. Do not check out without the pick up date!
• You will design your cake by submitting a detailed Design Form. The link to the design form is sent via the order confirmation email. 
• Reservation Fee is Php 1,300. 1 cake = 1 slot. Please note that this is the base price of the cake. Additional fees are incurred depending on the complexity of your submitted design. Once the design has been reviewed, you will receive a bill for any additional fees incurred. The reservation fee will be deducted from your total bill.
• NO CHANGING OF PICK-UP DATE after checkout. Please make sure you choose the correct pick up date before checking out and paying. We will not be accepting changes once paid.
• PICK-UP TIME IS STRICTLY 2-5PM only. Cakes are baked and design fresh on the day itself so early pick-ups are not allowed. 
• Paying for this reservation fee means that you have read and you agree with our Terms and Conditions.

• 6” Design Your Own Aegyo Cakes are for pre-orders only.  You can order a cake as long as the date is available.
• 6” Design Your Own Aegyo Cakes slot reservations are open year-round but we only have limited slots per day. Reserve yours early!~
• 2025 Slots only! 2024 Slots are already closed.

How to Order

How to Order

1. Order (Reserve a slot) through our website.
2. Choose a date of pick up
   • Add to cart as many slots as you want as long as it’s available!
   • Make sure to read Aegyo Policies before you check out and Continue to Payment
3. Pay for your slot
   • After checkout, Pay via Gcash, Credit/Debit Card, Grab Pay, and more.
   • Make sure you enter the CORRECT email address
   • You will receive an email - Order Confirmation after your payment. Pick up/ Booking Details are also in your order confirmation email so make sure to read through it.
4. Submit your design form. The link to the design form is found within your order confirmation email. Please make sure that you input your contact details, especially your IG/FB account, so that our design team can contact you if there are any clarifications!
5. Confirm the design summary that the Aegyo Cakes Design Team member will give you. Make sure that all details are correct, since you can no longer change details once it has been confirmed.
6. Pay for the Cake Design (if applicable), and Add-Ons Billing if order is billed more than Php 1,300.00. Remember, we will deduct reservation fee from total bill.
   
7. Pick up your cake on the Pick-up date and time period.

FAQs

When can I design my cake?

• You will design your cake by submitting a Design Form. The link to the design form will be sent via the order confirmation email, which you will receive upon payment of your reservation fee.
  
• Remember, failure to design your cake within 48 hours upon receipt of confirmation email will result to a plain white cake with a random flavor.

Can we cancel/ refund/ change date of pick up?

• Please be reminded that we have a NO CANCELLATION, NO REFUND POLICY. Once payment is made, we can no longer refund your reservation fee.  
• CHANGING OF PICK-UP DATES is not allowed.
• NO CHANGING OF CAKE DESIGN, CAKE DETAILS, and RESERVATION DATE after checkout. 

What time can I pick up my cake?

• Pick-up time of cakes are ONLY from 2:00pm-5:00pm on the day of the reservation. Pick-up of cake before 2:00pm is NOT ALLOWED. If you have time constraints, we recommend that you book and pick up the cake on an earlier date .

Can I pick up my cake on a later date? What if I forget to pick up my cake?

• Failure to pick up or receive the cake on the scheduled date will incur a storage fee of P100 per day, for a maximum of seven (7) days.

Can I pick up my cake on an earlier date?

• You cannot pick up your cake on an earlier date.
