1. CutOff for Aegyo Cookies

Aegyo Cookie Orders BEFORE 11:00am will be ready for pick up(or book your own delivery) on the same day of purchase from 2:00pm-5:00pm.
Aegyo Cookie Orders AFTER 11:00am will be ready for pick up(or book your own delivery) on the next day from 2:00pm-5:00pm.
If you purchased PRE-ORDER (ADVANCED BOOKING), send us a message via IG (@aegyocakes) or a text (0917-543694) along with these details:

Name
Order Number
Quantity of Order

2. Pick-Up for Aegyo Cookies

Pick-up of cookies before 2:00pm is NOT ALLOWED.
Pick-up details are in your order confirmation email.
NO DELIVERIES. pick up or book your own courier only.
Please have the following ready when you pick up your cake:

NAME
ORDER NUMBER
Quantity of order (ex: 2 House of 6)

If you’re booking Lalamove/Grab or any other third party courier, please give ~the same info~ to your rider, so that they can tell us whose order, and how many they’re picking up. You can put this in the notes as you book.

3. No Storage Fee for Aegyo Cookies

We will bake your cookies on the date of pick up. To ensure freshness, we highly suggest that you pick up the cookies as scheduled. We will not bake fresh cookies if you decide to pick up your order on a later date.
We will not be charging storage fees for Aegyo Cookies only.

4. Pre - Ordered Cookies / Advance Booking

After your payment, send us a message via IG (@aegyocakes) or a text (0917-543694) along with these details:

Please be reminded that we have a NO CANCELLATION, NO REFUND POLICY. Once payment is made, we can no longer refund your reservation fee.
